If you are interested in having a loft conversion, then one of our experienced team will arrange to come and see you at your property. They will listen to your ideas, look at your loft and then give you some ideas on what would be ideal for the space you have. We will then give you a free quotation and leave you to decide on whether you would like us to proceed with your project.
DesignÂ
The design itself can be down to you or we can give you our expert advise on how to utilise your loft to its full potential. We can speak with your local authorities on your behalf to obtain all the building regulations and any planning permission that will be needed.
Construction
Our experienced installation supervisor will ensure that the construction side of the project is carried out to the highest of standards. Once our qualified carpenters have completely crafted your loft, our electricians, plasterers and plumbers will step in to add the finishing touches to your new loft conversion.
Completion
Once your loft conversion is completed, we will contact building control so that they can give your loft conversion the final inspection. They will ensure that your home is clean, tidy and left how we found it. They will make sure that all plumbing and electrics are working as they should be. We will then sign the project off as completed and leave you to decorate and then enjoy your lovely new loft conversion.
